Does this have LED-OCD? Curious if you forgot to mention that? Otherwise, how does it perform without? I didn't think Capcom's worked well with LEDs: even the non-ghosting ones don't help much.

Great game, looks in decent condition, usually the curtains are damaged or show wear.

It does not have it. LEDS are fine when the machine is being played. GI strobes a lot in attract mode though.
