1976 Bally Old Chicago is nice shopped condition. Playfield stripped of all parts, cleaned and polished with Novus 2. All new white posts, rubber, flipper bats, bottom lane guides, new star rollover, retro LEDS for GI, cleaned and polished plastics, all screws tumbled and polished. New playfield glass, new legs, bolts and levelers. Flippers rebuilt with new bushings, links and plungers. Chime unit bars cleaned and polished and rebuilt with new grommets. New drop targets. Cabinet has scratches, markings and some flaking paint. Previous owner painted end of cabinet, back door and frame with black paint. Backglass does have a scratch in the gray masking and into the ink that is visible from the front. Several other blems on the backside that do not show to the front. A few areas of slight wear at inserts and in the drain lane rollover switch slots. Slight appearance of planking but no loss of paint.

Game does have one play issue: bonus unit steps up properly to register points and the bonus advance but at end of ball, the game design is a "rapid fire" countdown of the bonus but the stepper does not reset to zero and continues to add points and continue to activate trying to step the unit to zero. The solenoid repeatedly activates to step down the bonus but the mechanism does not latch on the toothed gear to move the unit back to zero position. The stepper will step down when the solenoid is manually activated so it appears to be a simple mechanical adjustment.
