Up for sale is a very rare Gottlieb Nudge-It (less than 60 ever produced). This all-original example has a super nice cabinet and coin door and all around in great condition. Nudge-It features a real silk screened backglass instead of the common translites Gottlieb/Premier were using at the time, and is one of the very first games to ever feature an optic sensor. It's a very fun game that's all about the skill shot, and features three unique game options. Most people think the large stop button located on the lockdown bar doesn't work, but it actually does on one of the games! (It's an option).
This game has been shopped and working perfectly. The blue digital displays are very sharp and and all the boards are clean. This Nudge-It also has its original working ticket dispenser, I just have it unplugged. (It's a simple plug which is the same for the large bell and knocker located in the cabinet, which can be easily disconnected if desired)
If you're looking for a Gottlieb Nudge-It, you wont find many nicer all original examples out there than this, especially with less than 60 units ever produced. Let me know if you have anymore questions or would like more pictures. I'm willing to drive the machine for a fee, just let me know where you're located and could also potentially meet halfway. I prefer not to ship, but will do so if the buyer arranges for the machine to be picked up, but I'd rather this machine be picked up here. Thank you.

I find it interesting that Nudge-it machines use different color metal plunger ball guide/skill-shot assemblies, I assume just parts they had at the factory from older games. Whatever those are called, this example is black with red/blue, maybe from a Gottlieb ROCK?

This is the part I was talking about, these vari in color on different Nudge-It games...

If you have a Nudge-It, post some pics of this metal piece, I'd like to see what others Gottlieb used from the factory at the time!

Quoted from dung:

If you can manage to find a buyer shoot me a pm. I have a buddy with one folded up under his stairs. Offers he has had has been 300ish so they could steal the boards for other games.

Wow! With so few of these ever made, crazy to think he's only getting those kind of low offers? Just hard to put a price on these, as I've seen them sell well over my asking price. This example is very nice and works perfectly. Would hate to think someone would want to part this rarity out. The historical significance to Nudge-It is it may very well be the first Gottlieb game to ever use an optic sensor and the very last Gottlieb to use a real screened backglass.

Yeah I agree that not all rare games are super valuable, but it’s still a fun game and still a pinball machine, even though it doesn’t have flippers. I like the three different games featured as each are very different. Cool game if you’re into Gottlieb’s and like skill shots, same with bell ringer.

Lol he doesn’t like it, just wants it gone, I love reading his used car salesman approach to try and sell this thing, It makes me wanna start a “go fund me” Page for this sale.
Glws op

Actually I do like this game, just don’t have the room. Sometimes games in your collection must go to make room for others. But if it doesn’t sell, no biggie. I listed an original Fireball on here at the same time as Nudge-It and it’s already sold, delivering it Thursday.

Saturday price bump!

Also, if you note the pics on the pinball database the Nudge-It on there has a gray and red metal ball guide/skill shot marker instead of blue and red. I assume Gottlieb just used spare parts on these Nudge-It games, but not for sure.

Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:

Game Mode 2 is the most challenging, get ball into lit column and then stop the light over the bingo. Game mode 1 is boring as hell. And Game Mode 3 is interesting because you can “choose” your score 1-5 so you could possibly turn it into a shots game or something.

Agreed, game two is really fun. I was surprised how many people thought Nudge-it was incomplete and that the stop button simply never worked.

Saturday price drop! Hey guys still have the rare Gottlieb Nudge-It. Let me know if you’re interested, works perfectly and is a lot of fun!

Yes, for so few made, they did seem to be out there. However, you don’t see them like you use to.
