Wow a second one of these up for sale. A nice candidate for a re-theme. GLWS.

It's not a good candidate because you have nothing to re-theme without the mechs. You'd still have to buy an actual CC to do a re-theme (ouch ... big $$).

I'd like one of the 2 of these currently up for sale except .. there are no notes or other markups on them. Just plain. Not nearly as interesting to display just seeing a plain whitewood IMO. But it is a fair price I think!

They are more collectors items, rather than playfields to be actually used. Who knows what changed between these whitewoods and the productions machines, anyway.

If Im not mistaken these were made by Wayno for his failed attempt at building CC so they would not be an original white wood they would be just a whitewood version of the production playfield.

Ah, so that's why they didn't have a $10k price tag

I have an original CC pf as it came from a WMS employee back in 2000 and I know the one at PAPA is original as it came from me!

You are mistaken. This is a genuine original CC whitewood playfield.

Still available. I also have a set of insert overlay decals I will include. I originally bought this playfield when I was collecting parts for my NBAFB to CC conversion. I knew Mirco was planning to make new CC playfields. This whitewood was my "plan B" if they didn't get made.
Anyway, Mirco did make new playfields and I'm almost done with my project so I no longer need the whitewood. If I used it, I was going to apply the insert decals to give it an industrial look, but I never applied them.
