Has new wheel opto board, new Rottendog MPU with NVRAM, new wheel decal, and a slam ramp decal. Both "hot dog" inserts have a chip in them--the red hot dog near the sand trap is chipped in the lower right of the insert while kinda/sorta Rodney Dangerfield's glove hand has a chip in it. No wiring hacks. Right side of cabinet is faded, left side is fine.
