Barb Wire is rare, highly underrated, and a fantastic bang for your buck. Think a combination of Steve Ritchie's Spiderman, Judd Dredd, and Stargate and that's what Barb Wire is. It's got great toys, a modern ruleset (6 multi-balls, 4 modes, combos, 3 wizard modes) with good scoring strategy (with modified rules), dots, sound and music. What's not to like?

Pluses:
-nice cab and PF
-Stern flipper feel. It plays like a Stern (using shorter flipper plungers). For those that hate how a Gottlieb plays/feels this is HUGE!
-Added short plunge skill shot to add a Mind Read shot w/lit(disabled opto)
-Balanced ruleset by modifying gameplay settings
-Color coordinated LED Flashers, Multi-color LED's on major shots, and GI.
-Custom silver flippers
-Color coordinated translucent superband rubbers throughout PF
-Eyeballs added to PF
-Chrome outlane posts
-brand new manual


Minuses
-Cab has some touch-up over normal wear in black areas.
-PF has wear and has been touched up by lower left flipper, most Barb Wire's have wear in this area.
-Head has slight drop damage. I'm probably nit picking, but full disclosure.
-Retinal Change Kick target does not kick. I think this is a plus, because now it won't kick the ball down the drain when you want to risk taking an already dangerous shot (near the outlanes) just to change the Retinal/Mystery Award. Will include parts to fix if needed.
