Oh, I can tell you for TWD they are. I bought their last one they had in stock on 23 Dec. Unless Stern was just taking too long to supply their distributors....

Yes.. Atleast I got them in on 1/5/16.. Not sure how long they might have been in Sterns possession.

St prem and pro for euro market was stated on an interview in Dec from what I remember. If you order now maybe they can sneak a US delivery of one.

More than likely they did not complete the run of LEs. This would almost assuredly have nothing to do with Hogan's comments from years ago, more likely reflective of demand for the title.
