I believe this might the same person that sold a NIB MM and had some other NIB games for sale earlier this year. I met the guy who bought the MM, who said the seller had health issues that delayed completing the transaction but everything turned out fine.
For games this special, someone really interested should fly to Texas to inspect, buy, and rent a truck to drive them home.

Don't know the OP so I can't tell you if it is or not but all these games he has listed seem to good to be true. Just suggesting the buyer see the game in person first before sending money.
