Let's skip to the part when someone says "well *i* wouldn't wanna open that up and see battery damage all over the boards! Buyer is taking a HUGE risk!" and then skip straight to the part where I chime in with "who really cares? You can get a new board for $200. Someone who gets a nib black knight really isn't gonna be concerned with that - in the scheme of things it's completely insignificant."
Also I would say "by the way in 15 years in this hobby I've seen a dozen or so of these vintage NIB sales and not once has any of them ever had a battery damage issue."
I think I covered it and you are welcome for saving all of us the posts needed to discuss this issue.
