Here’s a very, very nice Monte Carlo that arrived in my garage not working very well. To get it operating 100%, I reflowed some poor solder connections on the main board - including several pad and trace repairs underneath the daughterboard. Cleaned all edge connectors and adjusted several contacts. Overhauled the wheel motor and cleaned/adjusted wheel contacts. Cleaned and adjusted flipper and pop bumper switches. Relocated batteries off the main board.
To get it looking nice, the cabinet and playfield were polished and sealed with Mequiars synthetic sealant. New LEDs were installed throughout the machine. And a new wheel playfield plexiglass & seal was installed. I also have a new alternate translite on the way that will come with the machine. See the last picture for an image of that new artwork. In my opinion it’s much nicer than the original art.
This machine must have been serviced by TNT Amusements at some point in the past. Which probably explains why it’s in such good shape. There’s a TNT sticker on the coin door. I left it on there since it’s part of the machines history.
Asking $1950 cash. No delivery. It’s in the garage for easy load. I have walk around, flyover and game play videos for serious inquiries. Just ask. Thanks.
