I just bought this NIB last month, have the receipt. I believe manufacture date is May this year. Very few plays sitting in my living room, its like it was just taken out of the box & set up (because it was!). Flawless. This is the factory LED'd version of the game. I installed shaker motor & there is also an LED OCD board installed, which works wonders for the LED effects. I'll throw in the color dmd for $350. Just got it & I'm over $400 into that. In my opinion it is a must on this game but I can definitely throw the original in there.
