We're back!

After a disaster in our datacenter took down our server, we are now running Pinside on a brand new server. However, things may not work as expected as we are still polishing the playfield and adjusting some switches! We might be switching to maintenance mode a few times. LOL ok now you are pushing it. There’s not even a color DMD in this thing. First you ask 10k for a KISS LE and now this?

$1500 in mods? You want $6500 for this?

I don’t even see $500 in mods, and good luck getting your money back on mods to begin with LOL.

And labor? What kind is labor does it take to screw in a light up flipper button?

I see no custom painted sparky, no total light show upgrade, no powder coating, no spinners, no color DMD... the list goes on and on.

“GOLD EDITION”...

ROFL

Ya didn't even put teeth in the snake. No color dmd, GTFO with 6400

So...what people are trying to say is...some mods are worth money in resale. These aren't them. You are at least $1.5k overpriced. Probably closer to $2k too high honestly. Sorry to break it to you. You could buy a HUO premium for this price...no one is going to pay this for a heavily routed pro without some major mods, and even then it would be a miracle. You should post a pic of the scoop and magnets (which you cleverly avoid showing), but based on how the shooter lane and sparky feet look, I'm guessing I have a good idea of what that will look like. Sorry man...no chance.

#5 9 months ago

How many plays to get Sparky and shooter lane wear like that?
Lets see the mushroomed magnets.

#6 9 months ago

Come get your beat to shit routed MET pro for more than 2k over the going rate!!

#7 9 months ago

What the hell op.

#8 9 months ago

Couldn't even take the couple minutes to put a bit of white paint on Sparky's feet?

#9 9 months ago

Needs more exclamation points!

#10 9 months ago

At least it has legs

#11 9 months ago

You can still buy a NIB Metallica pro for far less than this, having a brand new game,

and have peace of mind that you weren’t overcharged $1500+ for junk mods over the cost of a used one.

More like Gold Dirty Bastard Edition.

WOW!!! Listed a cup holder as a MOD???

You should take the installation price off the Sparky helmet mod. There's more glue then mod!

I agree with OP, this one IS rocks!

10k by Christmas!

#19 9 months ago

People aren’t taking into account all that “labor”. You know the work that doesn’t count because you are not a business.

If you expected to get paid for mods and labor for a machine you own, you are in the wrong damn hobby on the wrong damn site.

**Custom Gold Rim Job Included!!!**

#21 9 months ago

wow....I was kind of looking forward to seeing some custom mods I've never seen before....for $1500 I was expecting a color DMD , invisiglass, and some killer powder coating.... I'm not sure theres $300 worth of mods on this game

Due to Covid19 the CDC is advising against rim jobs.

*All in all this Cup Holder Rocks! Easily one of the greatest ones out there!*

#24 9 months ago

Maybe this guy actually paid someone well over a grand in labor to install cup holder, blades, and a swap out a few bulbs. That would be sad.

Well allow me to say that there isn't. I saw the snake tongue decal too. So you missed like 7 dollars.

#26 9 months ago

Mine is platinum then. Lol.

There might be $300 worth of stuff assuming he upgraded the speakers.....unless he paid the guy $1200 to install all this stuff (which I really hope he did not)....this is a sub $5K game....

This joint has been gouging people for 2x-3x the value of pins for as long as I can remember... Look them up on ebay, prices are even higher!!
I have looked at a few pins that have been for sale, by people who got it from them, and the "restore" work is half-assed at best. I have passed on every single one i've ever looked at. They only sell to people who have more dollars than sense, and don't know dick about pins to begin with. I have no clue what makes them think they can sell anything here on Pinside, to people who KNOW more about pins than they do! HUGE mistake adding threads to their listings too!

Now you guys know what its like to be a pinhead in Vegas.

I’ll bet 10k plays. My Potc 14 years old looks completely mint after 1k plays as does my Met pro shooter lane.

Yes, but does it have a cup holder?

#31 9 months ago

I didn’t realize it had a cup holder. That’s got to put it over $6k.

My like new Tron with legit $1500 in mods fetched $6400 so this has to be a bit lower for wear and tear. I’ll say it gets every bit of $4400.

#32 9 months ago

Wow surprised this hasn't sold yet....no many gold editions out there

Guys like this should be slammed for clearly misleading potential buyers. At some point we were all newbies in this hobby and initially it can be a little intimidating....clearly this guy is targeting a novice buyer and taking advantage of him or her...$1500 in parts and labor is a complete joke and frankly a flat out lie....

#39 8 months ago

The seller has a brick and mortar. Billiards and more in Las Vegas. They are a dealer distributor for Stern and others. I’ve tried to work with them before and always ended up going with Planet 9 Pinball the other local distributor.

#40 8 months ago

I’d forgotten about this ad.
What a complete embarrassment.

#41 8 months ago

Hahahha, you gotta admire his tenacity tho, Gold Edition!

#42 8 months ago

Shoot, I was looking for a Diamond Edition.

#43 8 months ago

$7500 in his store....I guess theres a sucker born every day

#44 8 months ago

Best part is they are claiming this was a "lightly" used HUO machine on their website.

That's a flat out lie.

It depends on your definition of "lightly".
