Hi Pinside,

I just got an offer accepted on another rental property and would like to free up some cash for closing.

I’m letting go of my HUO Met Pro for what I consider a “quick sale” price.

I’m willing to ship under two conditions:
1. You set up all shipping arrangements.
2. You buy as-is.

If you pick the game up, you’re welcome to inspect it for hours if you’d like. If you have the game shipped, I am NOT willing to warranty or guarantee anything. That’s the main reason I’ve avoided shipping in the past.

Load up is a breeze due to a walkout garage.

The game is in amazing shape with low plays. I’m the second owner and purchased the game from fellow Pinsider Krakatoa. The game has glow in the dark rubbers, neon plastic protectors, Pinnovators sub jack, Polk external sub, gel insert mod, and a Pingulp. The game is stock otherwise.

As I said, the quicker the sale, the better. I will not hold for anyone, sorry.

Correct. If I had time to wait, I would ask $4,700.

This is my third rental property, and part of the financing is contingent on having six months liquid to cover all three mortgages. The downpayment is close to $200,000, and the mortgages total almost exactly $10,000 a month. I need to beef up my savings by a few grand fast in order to get everything to jive.

I purchased the game for $5,000 about a year ago. I figure I got $800 worth of fun out of it, and I’ll buy it again when the time is right.

I’ll be posting pics in the next few minutes.

Great seller! Saw this game last year and it was nice. I've purchased a few games from him and they've all been as described or better. I would buy this if I had the room(5 games at other people's houses right now). GLWS

Thanks for the plug my man! It sucks to sell, but it’s the right move at the moment unfortunately. Next up is a working project TZ that I’ll take a bath on lol. You know how I operate: Buy high, sell low!

If you had time to wait, you wouldn't be selling then. I've had mine listed right around that for months, nobody's even been arsed to try and lowball me. (And mine has more mods.)

I had seven in line to buy mine, so you might want to look to drop your price.

Edit to add: I just checked your ad, I don’t think we’re talking apples to apples here. Mine is HUO and is cosmetically mint. While your’s is certainly nice and has some great mods, it has a good deal more wear than mine.

And his is sold... categorically true (I know that because I just unloaded it in my garage).

I'm not sure what your issue is. He put a "sell it today" price on it, and it sold today. I've done the same with games, and they sold instantly. Other times you have lots of time to wait for a buyer. For me, this was a fun transaction because I just happen to check my phone as I sat down for lunch. How unexpected that I came home with a Metallica.

That's awesome for you, and him. I've got no problem waiting to get the price I want...which is why I delisted my ad. Game will sell before or during TPF at my price. /shrug
