For sale: Metallica (Premium) Road Case (Stern, 2013)

Added: October 16th, 2016 Ended: October 29th, 2016
Condition: HUO - Documented (Home Used Only)

Item description

Ok, down to the last game. As with TWDLE, this game was rarely played and I'm the original owner. Steve at Pinball Refinery added the backbox lighting, under cab lighting and speaker lighting which are tied into the music, along with chrome flippers. The playfield is perfect and because of code updates I don't think I can tell accurately, but just like my TWDLE I'm guessing plays are below 200. If I told you I just unboxed it and set it up a month ago, you'd believe it (even though I've had it for about 2 years). A game like this deserves to get played as it's a blast. Unfortunately, as mentioned in my other ads I just don't know that I'll have the space after our move with no basement, so on to a new home it goes.
The details:
Road Case (Sorry folks the skittles cabinet just wasn't me and this thing is fantastic looking and fairly rare as it turns out)
Monsters Translight (Sorry Lars, this translight is just better looking)
Snake Fangs (Why they came without this is beyond me)
Sparky (your choice of a factory one, so you can get him custom painted or the one pictured).
Hooked Pop Bumper Caps (awesome, but factory ones will come with)
Mezel Mods One off Cemetary Marker (made special by Tim just to fit with my lightning)
Pinball Refinery Backbox Lighting
Pinball Refinery Undercab Lighting
Pinball Refinery Speaker Lighting (All 3 tied together by Steve integrated into the game play)
Stern Shaker Motor
Side and Speaker Panel art. (finally a small flaw with a game I own. The art has small scuff marks from the playfield. Not an issue to me and I'm kind of picky, but replacement art is still available and easily installed.
Creeping Death Lightning Really a great mod that again is tied into game play.
Sparky's helmet gets juiced and lights up when he does.
Newton Ball has replaced the metal block.
Custom Trilogy Pingulp (attached via legbolts, doesn't touch the cab for those that don't know, pic is apparently deceptive)
SubWoofer with Pinnovators sub attachment kit. Forget alligator clips this is a clean perfect install and a sub is pretty much mandatory with Met. Speaker upgrades pale in comparison.

I'm sure there are a few other things, but they escape me right now.

I won't ship the game. Come play it, look at it up close and make sure it's exactly what you want.
I will however happily help you load it up. No stairs, just right out the basement door and around to the front of the house.
Edit: If shaker motor is listed twice, sorry about that, but I just amended the list of mods to include it. I can't believe I forgot it in the first place.

If I didn't already own a Met Premium.....
Looks Great !

This is one of my absolute DREAM setups. The exact combo I've always wanted when I get a MET one day in the future (road case + monsters translite). Nice job stylizing the game nos4atu. We have similar tastes it seems, as I really liked your BSD and would have done it up in the exact same fashion with the all black hardware and red leg protectors. I'm trying really hard to fight the urge to sell my really nice TFTC + some big ticket items around the house to fund this. I also work in the music industry and have pushed, packed, shipped, custom built and ordered my fair share of road cases, so this one truly hits home for me.

Thanks guys. It really is a great game. I just snuck in a game while getting more stuff ready for halloween. It's just a ton of fun. I hope it goes to a house where it gets more than 1 or 2 plays a week like it does here. And whether someone buys this one or someone else's I just can't imagine anyone being unhappy with the game itself.

After putting a number of games on the Phoebe's Met at Expo, I really want this pin. Let me know if you change your mind on shipping. MD is a bit farther than I'm willing to go.

I would love to see a video of this thing in action. It looks great. GLWS

Been looking for a nicely modded roadcase edition for awhile. While I respect a sellers decision to not ship, I've never understood it. If I'm satisfied with the pics..seller has good rep..I'm paying for shipping & insurance...Why not? Why limit selling options? Gorgeous pin. All good..patience is a virtue. Ugh. on that note...anyone know where I can find an Attack from Mars for sale? Can't seem to find one anywhere.

And we're done here folks. Thanks. I hope the buyer enjoys it and plays the hell out of it.
