purchased from original owner back in 2009. have a receipt from a defunct orlando coin op dealer, as well as the manual and extra play cards and several new old stock coin door price slabs.
includes the original coin box with the plastic trays.
it had service work done to it in the 90s, but i can't find that paperwork. i just remember seeing it when i picked the game up. i've only had my jaw hit the floor once with a pinball purchase, so my memory of that day is pretty spot on. i purchased this and their HUO 8 ball deluxe (not for sale). both of the machines were basically being used as a table for laundry. i don't think they had been used since the mid 90s from the way they appeared, and the way the rubbers appeared.

i had to drill the backbox lock, and purchase a used lock assembly that fit, so that key looks old.

all boards in the backbox are original, including the MPU with the original battery that still retains memory.
i haven't even wiped it down in years. rarely played (i own another medusa).

i used 2 green LEDs for her eyes, and that's it. i think most of the bulbs are original from new. all incandescent.

has a couple of scratches on it, can be seen in pictures. some superficial scratches on the lower part of a couple of legs as well. it looks like at some point someone cleaned and smeared the Bally coin door decal. i have a new decal, but didn't want to change out the original piece of this game.

shipping via STI / similar is fine. will ship on it's legs, head folded down and wrapped. the buyer will pay all shipping fees and has to insure the full value when they ship it out. located in boynton beach for inspection if you're in our state.
