This is not your average Medusa. This is a really nice original period. Lets start with the back glass. AS close to perfect as you will see from an original Bally. Playfield is super nice origina with only minor wear. I do not like to rate but would give it a 9/10. Plastics are solid, rubbers and bulbs replaced. Game plays as it should and has an Altek installed as well. Cab is a really nice original with only minor wear and a scuff on the right side of the head. Will ship.
