Damn, I enjoyed watching this machine work its ass off...are you replacing it with another title?

#3 9 months ago

Nope! Just been slowing down and had its day. Time for it to retire and let someone have a sweet deal.

#4 9 months ago

Shows how well remakes can do with good ops behind them. Thanks for sharing, glws!

Price lowered again

GLWS, but that seems like a really high number all things considered....

I wouldn’t call 26k heavy routed. Decent price for condition. Would wait a month or so to sell due to current things happening.

For an MMr? Yeah, it is heavy routed. That doesn't mean you won't find other MMrs with more plays--busy barcades will show more play. Probably find a lot more MMrs with less play, though. IIRC, my original MM had 18,000 plays when I bought it in early 2000. Of course, heavy is a relative term. I once had a reimported poorly maintained Dirty Harry with over 130,000 plays--operator had a play counter hidden under the apron. I would call that one heavy routed, it needed everything. I agree with you that in current conditions it is a buyer's market, and price on this MMr looks good to me, too.

he started it in the low 6s, then upped it and then lowered it. I don’t understand why but that’s hard to trust this post now especially in the current state of the country

I don’t know why you are suggesting he is hard to trust. This is a real for sale post from someone I have bought pins from before and would again.

For remote purchases I need to go off pics and trust so I look for warning signs. I want a MMr so i had this as a fav from the beginning because it was the low 6s. When I went to check back it was up to 7k and then a couple days later a comment saying OP lowered price and it was back to low 6s.

I don’t know the seller but that’s a red flag to me. Might be an overreaction but if I have to buy sight unseen I need to make sure I can fully trust the information and pictures the seller provides. That’s just me, it might not be nothing. it’s also good he has people who would back him. I do ask for references and reach out to them if I buy a pin remote.

You could read all my threads tracking almost all my location machines, the amount of plays, repairs and the money it took in. Also read my reviews. You won't find a more transparent sale than this but I understand the weird number jumps.

The only reason I raise the price because I listed it on my local Facebook for 7k to try to get a little more money from the general public because I would for sure have follow up calls and repair calls.

With a pinsider I know I wouldn't have near the followup and silly questions. I wanted to have a link to the thread so the numbers matched. I didn't get any inquiries near me for a week so I lowered the price frok the original 6300 to 6200.

I searched through all the archives and never found an original or Remake for less than this ever.

I think it's a fair deal and I'm hear to make sure the next buyer has a great experience.

26k plays is a lot and I know I've made my fair share of money and I want to pass the good deal onto for a fair price.

I could have wiped the stats and racked up a few hundred plays and called it HUO but I'm not that kinda guy.

Love this game so much, and the thread was a great read. The ONLY things keeping me from taking it are:
1. No shipping
2. Trying to save money right now

GLWS!

I refuse to ship. Too much of a chance of something going wrong or someone complaining about something they didn't see in pics or videos. Expense used items need to be purchased in person in my opinion. I'll sell for a little less to save the headache of shipping

#31 56 days ago

Having had two sets of side rails nicely smashed in shipping, I fully understand.

Great response back and I’m sure your reputation with your references would of quickly crushed my concerns. I would almost be willing for a road trip if things weren’t so crazy. My family loves MM, we will get a wishlist pin in the next couple weeks/months once things lighten up in our area. Glws!
