You take a big risk altering a game in such a dramatic fashion that a prospective buyer will like the changes made to it as well. I think this much change decreases the buyer population which decreases the likelihood you will get 15K for this game. But you never know. Someone might buy it.

The art is nice but the application leaves something to be desired. You could easily order some radcals($600) and replace if you wanted it back to better than original.

I’m always confused why games which are already great have owners that need to change them like this? Is it just to be different? Different or “one of a kind” isn’t always a good thing. Don’t want to talk too much smack but I gotta say it’s not for me, don’t even like the translite, give me original artwork all day, everyday. This is a game that didn’t need fixing and definitely not a huge price tag to boot for something most people won’t want. Two cents deposited

There was a miss understanding here. I am not allowed to give permission to use the artwork on the side of the cabinet or coin door because it would be against my licensing agreement with Planetary Pinball.
Robin is the one that scanned my artwork into photoshop and made those changes not me.

He did say (unofficial, one-of-a-kind). I take it as a one off and not like "this guy" was trying to sell your artwork. I would not think someone needs permission to go out of the way and make 1 off art to match your backglass and sideblades. Coming on bashing his FS thread when you should probably feel grateful someone went out of there way and tried to put your art all over this thing. I can tell you this. He is probably the only guy that has done this. IMO at least it matches. Now if "this guy" is selling the cab art...different story and you have every right to be angry.

Thanks for the support 6S3NC3 - I come from the digital art world. Remixing things is part of the game.

I can certainly understand the hate - everyone loves this or hates this. I think Brian just hates it and respect that he wants it taken down. I've removed all the images.

I've lowered the price, I don't want this listing to look like a money grab or that I'm profiting off Brian's hard work. I just asked some folks what I should list it at and they suggested $15k.

I put a ton of work and $$ into this machine and just want to it to go to an owner for market price.

If no one wants it with the custom artwork I'll get it back to factory art and list it again. Honestly I don't mind if some don't like it. I had it in my living room and the 80's art and lame electric sword bugged me and I wanted something fresh. Also I wanted all the art to compliment the style on the playfield + I just loved Brian's work and wanted to fully celebrate it.

If you are in St. Louis you are welcome to come see it for yourself. It looks amazing in person.

All joking aside, MM is a bad ass game and the OP went thru some effort to customize this game. Whether or not some of us like the art work I am sure there are buyers out there that will love it.
To the OP I see no reason why you can’t post pics of your game as it is a one off creation, it’s not like you are mass producing them.
