Any mods on this pin?

Stock except for purple super bands on flippers and posts. It's a standard. But it does have the finished back box and better cabinet bottom like the LE's.

what's the difference between standard and LE? is there a big difference? and what does finished back box mean? standard comes with unfinished back box? I'm not trying to be a smart ass, just trying to understand the differences.

glws. didnt like it ?

For the first run on Standards it seems the only real difference in the Shaker motor and Trim/plaque for the apron. Also "SUPPOSEDLY" the LE buyers will get a slight discount on the color upgrade. The games should play exactly the same though.

can someone explain to me whats so different about the cabinet bottoms? better material?

Originally the LE cabinets were to be an upgrade over existing Bally/Wms type cabinets. They have a better plywood material in the bottom rather than whatever material they originally used. If you look at the original Bally/Wms backbox edges you can see the plys on the edge. On the LE's its smooth and you cannot see the plys in the wood. Small but nice touches.

Standards were supposed to have a cabinet like the originals but these first Standards have the same cabinets as the LE's.

This is from the PPS website:

LIMITED EDITION (LE) vs STANDARD (STD)
Includes Shaker Motor // Shaker Motor at optional Cost
Gold or Black or Silver Trim // Silver Trim
Double Playfield Hard Coat // Double Playfield Hard Coat (this was a change for STD)
Limited to 1000 Games // Not Limited
Game # & Plaque // No Game # or Plaque
Finished Backbox Edges // Unfinished (as original) backbox Edges
Plywood Bottom (stronger more solid) // Original MDF Bottom

Like Jamie said, the first run of standards are using the LE cabinets. Honestly, it's very minor. But the only difference between this game and a stainless LE is no shaker or numbered plaque. And a shaker can always be added.

Wish you were closer. Been in the market for one in the mid 7s.

Flipnout & Mozach Thanks for the info.

I do have allocations for Standards if anyone is interested in purchasing one

I don't think it was proper of you to post this in someone else's "For Sale" ad. Just my opinion.

You are correct. Forgot it was a for sale post. Fixed

Looks like this is sold pending payment. Thanks for all the trade offers. Wound up just being a straight sale.
