Yes if you want to sell a pin $600 above retail then may want to choose option to not place ad on forum-people will comment. I am kinda curious why it only lasted a couple weeks(and only 20 plays?) before wanting to sell it. People have been waiting a long time and for many this is "The Grail Pin". I was in for one until Rick changed brass plating to mustard gold trim and then there was the whole coin-mech comments that really turned me off. I will wait and see, sometimes patience pays off.

Yes Stern is actually really good at customer service and they have always taken care of any issues. It usually is only for one year after purchase but I have also seen them take care of problems after warranty period. Chas is the man and I respect Stern and their service tremendously. They do care about their customers and in todays world, it means a lot to me and makes me want to continue to support them. Warranty is very important and buying from a reputable dealer that will assist with any issues is also key.
