My game sale threads are long as I believe when asking people to spend their money, I should be as comprehensive and forthcoming as possible. Why have someone make a trip for an unpleasant surprise and waste everyone’s time.

Reasons for selling and conditions of sale:
There is a bit of melancholy in letting this one go and not because it is in imamaculate shape (Spoilers: it clearly is not as it has legs ). It was going to be a retheme of BTiLC with comic book art, but for a variety of reasons I won’t bore Pinside with, it just never got off the ground.

The game is located in Racine Wisconsin and will be set up for easy access to play, inspect and load. Some assistance loading can be provided.

Dumb stuff: It’s a pandemic and so it’s garage access only and masks at all times. To be blunt, I like my wife more than pinball buyers and so I actively attempt to avoid annoying her and I’d rather not kill you if I’m infected.

History and ownership:
It was purchased about four years ago from some leads here on Pinside and has been in my basement ever since. Beyond that and a sticker that indicates it spent some time with a vending company in Georgia, I could not tell you anything about the history of the game. It clearly has not been coddled.

Overall Condition: It’s Okay, Okay, Okay. (Sorry) This is an almost completely working project/player’s game. Only two things that I am aware of are completely nonfunctional. The backbox lights are not connected as the molex is toasty (see attached pic) and one rollover switch and its mount are broken (also pictured). I have had some issues in the past with the coil not kicking over balls when they drain, but that seems to be resolved now. (these issues were not fixed and a shop was never done as there was going to be a P3-Roc install and playfield swap that never happened). It should really be fully shopped, but you can play the game, as a dozen people have and enjoy it without noticing anything is wrong with it.

Specific Categories:

Cabinet: The cabinet is in okay condition. Sturdy and no structural damage. Several dings and dents.

Playfield: A few nasty wear spots around the uzi, but other than that it’s not too bad for a routed game from the early 90s. edit: upon closer inspection and deciding to take some Novus to the game, there are a few other wear spots of note.

Lights: Besides the backbox lights not being connected, I’ve not had any issue with the lights.

Legs: Rough, but they match and keep the machine standing.

Rings: They should probably all be replaced. They may have once been white.

Flippers: They have good enough action for me, but I’m not picky. If you are, they could probably use a rebuild.

Display: Works and I’ve had no issues with it.

Boards: Does not appear to have any goofy hacks or acid damage. They seem to work without issue.


Extras: I have an extra playfield that’s been sanded down and clear inserts that could replace the colored. A box of other various parts and extra ramps are also included. A new playfield protector is also included. The plan had been to use it to cover art drafts from a banner printer. A small area of the protector seems to have snapped in storage, but it should still be usable. (see pictures)
