There's no proof this is a scam, but please... don't ever send somebody you don't know money because of a piece of paper on it. Very easy to fake. Case in point, I'm a complete moron and I did it
I only noticed it because the lighting wasn't quite correct. If somebody spends more time on this it may be impossible without some analysis tool to figure out with the naked eye.
