Have a stern lightning I’m not sold on, got the machine with a worn playfield. Decided to do touch up work and a clear coat. Sanded shootlane to what it should look like. Also replaced all inserts you can buy the 2 big triangles were flattened and re epoxied. Leds all around with xpin led flicker boards , new Nvram mpu, rebuilt driver board, new rectifier board, and all displays bright. All metal parts were machine buffed and polished, then ultrasonic cleaned. Playfield has about 10 coats to level the inserts. The inserts were airbrushed in between 7-8 coats. Then playfield went through a few hours of wet sanding and machine compounding to ensure level and gloss.



Cons- backglass has flaking have sealed it.
A few broken plastics
And cabinet is around 5-5/10

Have a ton of hours into this.
