I mean no offense but that's a rough looking HUO machine. You should add pictures of the playfield without the glass on so folks can get a better idea as to the condition of the playfield. Also, add some pictures of the inside of the cabinet and backbox, especially of the boards.

Do you have a receipt that shows the machine was purchased new? If so, add a picture of it as well (be sure to black out any personal info).
Lastly, have you ever changed the battery in the machine?

Just a few things to try and help ya sell the machine since I see you're new to Pinside.

Good luck!

Hahaha I love these responses that are like "Your ad sucks, your machine is bullshit, and there's no fucking way that thing is HUO.

Welcome to pinside and good luck!"

So helpful!

I would agree either there's zero chance that machine is HUO, or it's been so poorly cared for it doesn't matter. The Security hasp lock bar holes on the coin door and the weird aftermarket coin door lock show that it was certainly routed, if there was any doubt.

It's not your dad's fault, he genuinely believes when he got the game it was "brand new." I see this quite often from civilians, Dad brought a game home 45 years ago as a Christmas present and it was "brand new" even though it wasn't. This is very, very common.

It was extremely rare for truly "brand new" games to be sold into homes back in the day; the infrastructure just wasn't there for that to happen.
