Greg, can we get some better pictures of the bunching/bubbling? It would be great to know what level qualifies for replacement.
This is the sort of documentation we need to start sharing to help ensure all are being treated on a level playing field.
I am glad to hear that they gave you a blank replacement and hope this follows for others.
I am guessing any buyer will also want to see the photos also, so good for your sale.
