I could see how the casual players (family) wouldn’t click with it. The game has amazing shots and tons of strategy, but it’s not intuitive. “We” love it but JP2 is not a flail around and hit shots on accident, kind of table.

My experience as well. Over the holiday's, casual players were more interested in BM66 than JP2. Considering Keith Elwin designed it, it's not surprising it's not optimized for casual players.

Great opportunity for someone...
