A $4k plus JM, damn

A NICE $4k+ JM, sir

Put some matrix artwork over it and it’s worth like 30k.

I would buy this. Are you complaining? I thought this was a good deal. Looks to be in great shape.

$12K Stern LEs are ok, but a $4K JM is just insane

There has been 2 restored loaded up JMs for sale in fairly recent history that sat forever at $4500. This is nice JM but to move into Shadow country is just insane. Fun pin, but at the end of the day it is still a JM.

Shadow country is odd to me. I paid $3100 for my shadow right before covid. I do not consider it more than a $4000 game. I feel like the rarity makes this more. I see shadows more often. I never see JMs. Especially nice ones.

you acknowledge it's a fun pin. but at the same time, are suggesting that for some reason that you've decided, it's supposed to be immune to the rising prices that have overwhelmingly affected every single pinball machine ever made? I don't understand your surprise.

actually, just this year on pinside there has been almost the same amount of JM's as Shadows for sale. JM has always has been a lower tier pin. Fun gameplay, but glove kills it. It is a $3000 tops pin in my books, but we live in a clown time in history.

flip flop is a fun pin, but I would never pay over $500 for it.

ok, fair.

JM was a $3000 pin before COVID hit. This one has a color DMD and is in very nice condition. And prices of everything have gone up. It sold in less than a day. So clearly a very fair price.

#14 2 years ago

I sold mine a few weeks ago for 3K in about 15 minutes. Probably over 3K for an "average" one at this point. If you are looking for one this nice it seems about right to me...for what that's worth ha!

AND powder, AND the glove is rebuilt. Stop making me want this game.

LOL, Glove kills the game, but posts popping up in the flipper lane on Stern JP and almost 10 secs of storyboarding on the LCD is A-ok. MB or jackpot sequences on TAF and TZ are nearly 10 secs long but "BEST GAMES EVAH!!!!!!"

And then on pricing....

We aren't in 2012 anymore. Welcome to the new pricing. You think $12K LEs and $7K Pros were NOT going to affect the used market. Gosh, sure hope I can find a 10 cent hamburger too!!!
