I had a chance to see this game in person yesterday. It's a beautiful example. Very, very clean and consistent with HUO. PF is original, and ramps show very little wear. The gold plating is exceptional. The boards are original and show no signs of overheating (including the GI plugs, well-known points that tend to age poorly). The extra hole on the front is something I've seen in a number of WPC-era games and not necessarily an indication of a routed game. Regardless, condition of this IJPA is excellent for a 30 year old game.

This game plays great, and the rad-cals look awesome. If I could talk tdunbar into a trade for one of my games, I'd be very happy.

Just FYI, I purchased a few WPC and WPC-95 games from Mountain Coin in Albuquerque in the mid/late 90s. A few of these had already been unboxed. At least one (Champion Pub) had a lock bar installed. While I agree with the statement that it’s not factory, that doesn’t necessarily imply it was routed. My distributor put lockdown bars on all games they unboxed and showed in the display room.

HUO or not, condition is everything. HUO is one of the most misunderstood and abused terms in this hobby, and honestly doesn't mean much to me, personally. Condition is condition, period. I've seen this game in person and looked under the hood. Very nice game. Like I said, I'm trying to work a trade.
