$6000? Seriously? OP's price is high but that a real lowball offer. Can hardly blame OP for trying in this market when you got low end games going for $3000-4000.

    #19 4 months ago

For that price and you want to charge for a crate?

6k aint much of a low ball offer for what I see in these photos. Asking price here is just stupid.

I posted it so hopefully it doesn't sell. If I posted at 8k all you guys would still be crying. If your interested shoot me an offer. I can always go down... I can never go up. I'm open to offers from all of you rich a-holes. And please start posting your pins at these low prices you keep talking about so I can buy them all.

You’re going nowhere at this rate and neither is your pin.

In my experience most “rich assholes” want top quality machines.
Due to its condition, perhaps you should try marketing this to the moderately wealthy assholes instead.

    I agree with you

Im going to try to add some positive vibes to this thread. The OP has done a good job of posting plenty of pics and showing the wear spots. A ton of ads that I click on have just a few pics and rarely show the spots that most people want to see. The only thing this is missing are pics of the boards. I would say given the current climate and prices, this is a $7500 pin. Maybe $8K to the right buyer. Thank you for posting an ad with plenty of pics OP.

Yeah honestly this is a good ad, just needs a more enticing price. If there are some buyers who want a 7k to 8k Indy they probably won't even bother dealing with someone asking almost double that. If he drops his asking price to $9500 I think there'd be more chance to open up a negotiation. Hell I've wanted a second Indy to have as a project and this almost fits the bill... it's actually probably too nice to be a project, but too many imperfections to be considered a top-priced restoration.

    Good luck Sleepysubie!

Show me where you can get a decent IJ for $6000. I've seen FT's sell for that recently. This would sell in an instant at $6000. Not saying it's worth double that but cmon.

Less than a year ago one in about the same condition but came with full brass trim set (not installed) and a bunch of mods (not installed) for less than $6k (not on pinside)

https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/archive/116261 - here is one from less than a month ago for $6k

This pin is only worth more than $6-7k if it is fully restored in my opinion.

Seriously? The market completely disagrees with you.
