Beautiful Indiana Jones Pinball this is one eye turner. Gameroom ready all
Metal brass plated with mirror finish.
Playfield last is clean and shows well
With no visible wear, color dmd , leds
A few mods but all in all just a super clean machine with no issues.

I put $1000 down on this machine and ended up buying another one. I don't need 2 IJ so I'm selling this one just for what I'm in to it. Otherwise I lose my $1000 deposit and the other seller won't refund it. I can drop off anywhere in California or Las Vegas or Utah. Or I can ship anywhere in USA.

You should clarify if you have paid for and have possession of this machine. It reads like you paid Dave a $1000 deposit and are acting as a middleman.

Also...one picture it has a Color DMD and the others don't...are the photos all of the same machine?

Probably best to just buy it to not lose your deposit and then post for sale, or sell the one you have in posession. What's the price you are locked into?

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to do. I put down $1000 deposit then asked to back out of the deal. He won’t let me. So I got to buy it. Just trying to sell it quick so I don’t have to hold on to 2 games.

Yeah I’m just trying to get back what I got into it. Not trying to make money on it. Just what I am in to it.

Do you have possession of the game? If so, why do you need pictures from him?

Has seller #1 been paid in full? Where is the machine now? The photos are confusing ... one with Color DMD and some without.

I've been looking for a pristine IJ for quite awhile, and this whole scenario has me confused and quite a bit skeptical. If advertising a 10.5K game, you need some decent photos IMO.

File in small claims in your town if you believe he is holding your money hostage. If you truly had an agreement to forfeit the deposit after a certain time than it’s lesson learned. Sucks both ways. If the game is not in your possession it’s going to be hard to sell. Especially given its high dollar value.

Seems straight fwd to me - Paid deposit, wants deposit back so he needs to sell game. Hoping to just have a deal to sell it to next person and not hold it trying to sell.

Unfortunately more likely op will have to Pay the rest on it and pick it up and get more photos up for it and relist with those. But who knows

I don’t think there’s any small claims to be made here, deposits are usually non-refundable .. that’s kinda the point unless explicitly stated to be refundable

Sounds like stepping into the middle of this deal would not be a good thing.
