Item description

I might be interested in possible trading or selling my HUO Addams Gold as I honestly never play it because I don’t want to put games on it. The price is obviously not $12,345

I’ve owned this game for 20 years and purchased from the original owner who bought it new.

Been collecting extremely rare games for a very long time and this is definitely been the holy grail of all my findings and probably once in lifetime condition.

This game has not ever been cleaned, shopped out or even wiped down on either the top or bottom of the Playfield during the course of its life. I only replaced the original flipper rubbers just last year. It has the original packing in the coin box and goodie bag stapled in cabinet. It’s sitting Exactly as it came out of the box.

The original owner actually purchased all extra spare parts that he passed on to me. NOS Gold Lockdown Bar & Siderails, bumper caps and NOS Plastic set still sealed in bag.

I have the original certificate and believe I still have bill of sale / transaction and contact info from previous owner.

Smells like fresh cabinet wood when you open up the game.

The lockdown bar has tarnished over the years but I had the NOS back up Bar on it the entire time and the original is still perfect and never used. I believe I also have NOS set of Gold Legs that were included.

There are no scratches or marks on the game.

It would have to really take something special to part with it but since it does not get used I thought I would explore what options might be out there.

Extremely pretty example... I would keep it and play it...

#4 1 year ago

This is what HUO is. Some people need to take note.

#5 1 year ago

Obviously not $12,345 as you said. Worth more than that. Amazing pin!

#6 1 year ago

Do you have a list of titles you are looking for?

#7 1 year ago

Since this is basically ebay/auction format...

$16,000.

#8 1 year ago

Most of these games have been routed...I do not think i have ever seen an addams gold in this condition.

#9 1 year ago

Sure is a beaut!

#10 1 year ago

NIB Rick & Morty, all options but Butter cab & purple coin door.

#11 1 year ago

That's pretty special! Good luck.

#12 1 year ago

There isn’t any single game I would trade this Addams away for straight up.

#13 1 year ago

Wow is right. Gorgeous machine.

#14 1 year ago

I LOVE R&M, but an ADDAMS HUO GOLD, WOW.
Curious as to what is special enough to part with though. There is no game on the current market worth it.

#15 1 year ago

hurry, hurry, step right up....... place your bids. beautiful game

#16 1 year ago

I wouldn’t trade that game.
I only know of one other in comparable shape.

#17 1 year ago

I can't imagine another one in comparable shape. High Number, Never been used...

#18 1 year ago

If you don't mind me asking, what is that uneven black stuff if you zoom in on the legs? Might be felt coming around, but the back one looks like paint shop lol

#19 1 year ago

This beauty should be put up for auction. In this market you might get a nice down payment on a house.

#20 1 year ago

Wow...nice.

Has the seller responded to anyone?

#22 1 year ago

What a sad state this hobby is in. Have a beautiful game but afraid to play or clean it lest it lose value. Lame af

Yes but not to my $16000 offer above

Yes he said he is testing the market and wants to get proposals to review for awhile to see what is best and interests him. Won’t jump at the current best offer. He won’t ship. Original owner drove a lot to deliver to him.

Not sure that I agree with you Doctor. I can certainly appreciate where the op is coming from especially given how rare this game is in the advertised condition.

Now there are some like my Wife who would wholeheartedly agree with you. There are others out there though, like myself, who does not need to play them to derive enjoyment. Hell, I walk over and glance at my machines and I am happy as punch. Just different strokes for ……

If that's the case, you might want to start collecting stamps or coins. I can't imagine having friends over, itching to play it and telling them no. It's too rare, only for looks.

I bought a domestic tafg #949 from a seller in Manassas VA many years ago. He bought it from a distributor who kept it in his home and never played it. He added a weird shooter rod knob, and a couple random mods and leds. Has very low plays. I have a routed TAFG that we play the most so this foesnt see much play (yes I'm a sad individual having two of these).

I definitely don't need another but have 3 pinhead friends that have asked about buying my nice one recently and was going to see what the seller is looking for in trade.. curious what it would take to get it traded, looks like a nice example and definitely doesn't come up often.

Oh no!! Believe me when folks come over I encourage them to have at it and enjoy themselves! I get a real charge out of seeing others enjoy the toys if you will.

Was hoping that my kids would have developed a like for the games as that is why I initially got a single machine. Yeah, not so much. If I ask them to play a game or two they will usually oblige me but not on their own!!

Oh well back to working on another game that I am bringing back from the dead!

#30 1 year ago

TAFG is my grail. I would love to own this one, but alas....

Working on two older games right now.

#31 1 year ago

Nice machine. I have #958 HUO and in similar condition.

I wouldn't ship this game anyways

Jake, yours is nice, but this one is insanely new. I am sure you would be keeping this one. This is the holiest of holy grail pins. It would probably take like 5 New LE Machines + Big Bang Bar.

What are these going for nowadays in great condition? I guess finding one is the hard part.

$75k ?

#35 1 year ago

Hardly. Pristine #30 with autographs from the full cast went for under 20k. Don't think you can get some of those any longer.

Neither my kids nor any of their friends have any interest in my pinballs. I find it depressing actually !

Beautiful game, but now an Adams Family is worth around $100k - come on.

I'm dumb enough to want to shell out $16,500 (and even that is about $10,000 too much). After all, I can buy TAF and make it a gold. I even have NOS hardware plus decals sitting at my father-in-law's.

Funny how some pinball are meant to stay and never been played. Those pin were meant to be played more than 100 000 plays in arcade and bars and some people, prefers just to keep them at a decoration.
this is still an Adam’s Family. The original looks better with its color (for me)
Really fun game. A keeper. But man, please play your pin at home. There is too much speculation for instance like for a car price.

I would buy a car on my side, but it’s just me.

Good Luck Now...Check out the prices of all other machines at this time.

Sorry, but there's something special about seeing the shine on a 30 year old wire harness.

And you can't recreate that.

#42 1 year ago

A trusted seller and a pristine game, a combination you don’t see all that often. GLWTS.

#43 1 year ago

Finally an old HUO B/W that actually looks totally legit. Should be an easy $25k in this market.

#44 1 year ago

I would totally pay 25K for this machine

If a gold with no paperwork and a repro pf gets $15k then this huo gold should get double that.

#46 1 year ago

A reproduction playfield is not a true gold at all. The gold playfield is special and marked to the specific number machine.

Yes and you can see that # under a black light on the playfield which will match the game serial #.

#48 1 year ago

Well - I just put in my offer. 9k fellas. I know - a little on the high end but this is a grail game for me. I will take pictures once I get it.

; )

I'd go $20,000,, but I'd hate myself when this is remade in a few years.

A few years from now remakes will be 20k, so go for it now terry.
I just kick myself everytime I see these and the prices.
Could have, should have bought many 10 years ago for 8-10k when I would see them.
