Item description

HEP Whitewater for sale. I like nice games and this one is officially my nicest. The playfield clearcoat it's a sight to be seen. If you're looking for an absolute stunner of an example this is it. These don't come around very often.

Here's a video of it.... Note that it has pinstadium on it to make it brighter but those have since been removed and not included. The side art is installed on these which comes with the game

Loaded with color dmd, side blades and some other items.

Original Topper works perfect and is not faded. There is a very very minor nick on the left head, little wrinkle in middle of topper and right sling plastic little crack but I'm including nos set (never really notice it).

The cabinet is like new, amazing color and well everything else you would expect from HEP.

I prefer trade and cash for TWD Prem or LE, Congo and potentially Alien

I will listen to cash offers (for a HEP version of a game that is hard to find in nice condition) so suggest accordingly.

I can ship as well. Check my feedback - many happy pinheads getting very nice machines.

If you take less than $20, you are getting ripped off!!

GLWS...

That's a beautiful game and I'm tempted.... on the other hand those 11 bucks can score me a six pack.... decisions....

All I want to know is what fool put the beer holders on the left side????

#5 6 months ago

Stunning example of my favorite game. Great seller. I bought Brian's Tron a while back and transaction was smooth as butter. Game came exactly as described.

That is very nice!

Killer game and seller!

And what would a HEP restore command for this game?

LOL, kinda my thoughts exactly!

I have two very nice cash offers but really prefer TWD or Congo and cash so if you're on the fence on this and have those reach out asap. I don't see this lasting very long. Thanks

#12 6 months ago

Beautiful example. I really need to get a color DMD for mine.

#13 6 months ago

Thanks!

Sale pending pickup tomorrow. Will update accordingly.

Interest in this was nuts - appreciate all that inquired and the folks who referenced prior experiences with me much appreciated.

Find your congo yet?

#15 6 months ago

This went cash so I'm looking for either TWD Prem our Congo still.

Excellent that WH20 still gets some respect! I remember when it would have taken much longer to move a WH20 over 10k...even one done by Chris.

From my perspective, Dennis Nordman's masterpiece...

Congrats,

thanks - not sure where you got 10k amount, maybe I should have held out more!!

I'm happy with what it went for and someone is going to get a very nice wh20.

I got the "over 10k" amount from the fact that you have it listed for 11k. What's hard to understand?

Your price was spot on...no need to look back. If you listed it for what a restoration like this actually costs, no one would bite. I recently sold my HEP AFM for 10k...feel better?

ugh - I listed it for $11. I was looking for trade cash and pinside forced an amount so I put a placeholder. I like your interpretation though!

#20 6 months ago

Not sure where the over 10k and 11k prices came from? ..

#21 6 months ago

I think he thought my $11 was 11k that's all.

So how much did it actually sell for?

I would have tossed an offer if I knew it was for sale and not just trade.

#23 6 months ago

The quality of this machine and this seller are amazing. Good job man.

#24 6 months ago

Ans this is why we need a remake of white water to come out.

#25 5 months ago

what does something like this go for after a hep resto?

Most wh20's are not h.e.p and are in the 4-6 k range. Fully restored ones with lots mods and nice toppers are the exception and are 6-9k in most cases.

Seen a few sell in the 8250-9500 range depending on trim and when resto was done.

I'm curious too. I just got the OK from the wife to send out a cash offer right before I saw the sale pending.

Correct. My brain processed "FOR SALE:"..."HEP"..."11k" (which is kind of normal, since $11 make no sense.

If this restoration were done recently, a HEP WH20 could cost between 15k-18k to restore (depending on features, bling, etc.).

Listing one for 11k is what I would expect...with an actual sale price of 8-10k. If someone picked this up for less than 8k, they got a great deal.

I've owned/sold a couple of HEP's (AFM, CCC), and the B-list games usually have a tough time fetching 10k. Years ago, a collector friend couldn't "give away" a HEP Creature From the Black Lagoon...not a title folks like coughing up the big bucks for. Think it ended up selling for 5-6k IIRC.
