Condition: Used - shows wear but 100% working and clean

Very nice haunted house, has a new shay backglass and all ground mods done as well as both new cabinet capacitors.
Playfields have factory Mylar top to bottom, so there is no cellar wear.
One noticeable wear spot through the mylar for some reason, that should touch up easily enough near the center drop down target that goes to the cellar (see picture)
The game plays without issue.
