I bought this pin from a private collector in 2003. As far as I know it has only been HUO as she said she had in her collection for "years". It has always worked great, but a few years back when I had my floors remodeled, the contractor moved the machine out on the deck and left it in the hot sun for a full day. Sadly, all 3 of the major ramps got warped in the sun. They are probably repairable with a heat gun but who knows? Might need refabrication. At this stage I frankly just need the space so am putting it up for sale rather than have it sit unused.
One other issue (has been the case since I purchased) - there are two pieces missing that never affected gameplay. The top of the game has a Slash standup figure that is missing (but just decorative, and frankly I never noticed it until just now when I looked at other machines in preparing to sell). and there is a plastic Axl piece ($20 replacement part on ebay) also missing that I never got around to buying.
Condition otherwise is quite excellent - no wear and tear in the play area, all the cabinet artwork is in excellent condition. Electronics have never had an issue and sound is fine. As an added bonus, the decorative plastic GNR logo on the top of the game is intact and in great condition (often this piece is missing from machines I have seen).
