Was excited to see this for sale, but did I miss something? When did these hit 5k?

I was wondering the same ?

Got to give him credit - he is ambitious.

#5 9 years ago

I paid less than half that for mine, less than a year ago. It doesn't look like it's any more exceptional than mine....

Wow I have been waiting for a Godzilla. I'll give you $1700 for it.

Boston is showing 1918 as the average selling price. If the ramps aren't cracked I'd pay 1800 without qualms, but 3100 above average for ebay? Ballsy

#12 9 years ago

Are you on CRACK?

#13 9 years ago

Replaced coin door? with wrong one? Why?

It was a low ball offer indeed but certainly doesn't mean he's a drug addict…

It is free to post ads and the op is getting attention for his game. Games are worth what people will pay and it costs nothing but time to ask.

I personally do this pinball thing for passion and not profit, but I don't begrudge him for trying.

Guess I should have bought the one I had available to me for $2000.

#17 9 years ago

I guess Easter Sunday is the real April's fools??? Lol. 5k. Hilarious.

Yep, must be the hard to find gold coin door I'm guessing?.....dats a lotta lettuce. Lol

#19 9 years ago

Good luck with the sale!

Also, you are out of your mind.

#20 9 years ago

Go go Godzilla........!!!.................Joey

#21 9 years ago

Rare pin and cool theme. Would fit in great with many collections.

#22 9 years ago

I should have offered $3 so we could haggle to a reasonable number.

#24 9 years ago

LOL

anyway, GLWS.

O M G !
O Muh Godzilla!

Has an RFM for 4k also, maybe a package deal. 9k for the two! Glad I'm not closer....

#27 9 years ago

Wow 5k, more power to him if he can get it and if he does I will trade my very nice one that comes with a extra signed NOS Playfield and a NOS Plastic set with the Right coin door for a Congo.

If you were within reasonable driving distance, I would actually be tempted.. >=\

Take the 1700 a previous poster offered
And run

#30 9 years ago

Member for 5 months and this is his first post along with his $4000 RFM. This will be a long hobby.

#31 9 years ago

Looks like the op wanted to leave "room to negotiate". Room so big you can hear an echo

#32 9 years ago

Wonder what the op paid for it. That may be why he is out of touch with the pricing. I find guys all the time that pay premium retail prices and then don't realize what an average market value looks like.

#33 9 years ago

I'll offer $1500 if the $1700 guy doesn't come through

#34 9 years ago

I paid $2700 for my players copy a year ago with weak flippers. I know I over paid but I didn't care as I really wanted one and you can never find them!

#35 9 years ago

This looks like an ebay price to me

#36 9 years ago

Touch-ups around the flipper buttons must add to the normal price on this one.

#37 9 years ago

We're in his mouth!

#38 9 years ago

Hmmm, something familiar about this op.... 2 ads in the market place asking double of what the machine is worth.... crappy touch ups.....account started 5 months ago, right around the time someone else had their account removed......could it be???

I didn't want to say it but it is in MI. Kinda has that Choggard smell to it.

Recently paid 2600.00 for one listed here on Pinside by eabundy. Probably one of the nicer ones for sale with lots of mods, upgrades and no flipper button wear. Eric put a good amount of time in the game with color matching trim, legs and playfield mods. If your going to list a game twice this amount, at least it should be pristine, not butchered. Makes the seller look like someone not to be trusted just greedy. Thanks again Eric, looking forward to unwrapping this weekend!-Joe
