Item description

This is the last pinball laying around at my house that I am considering letting go of. It is not in my collection yet and once it goes in I will probably never let it go (I grow attached to pins for sure). I really like this pin, it honestly shoots well and even I can make all of the shots. I am just not really into the theme, sounds, etc.

I am the first owner, but it was set up and played as a demo machine at PinBrew. Since it is a really great game for inexperienced pinball players who visit the collection, and I don't have two of it like I did Addams and R&M, am honestly not going to push too hard to get rid of it. I will treat it pretty laid back and let anybody interested let me know what they have to trade or what price they think it is worth. Please just be realistic, I am obviously not going to let it go for MSRP since they are several months out on production and delivery and while I am not a pinball snob I am not interested in anything that is not collector quality. What that means is I am open to any era/manufacturer of pinball, it just needs to be nice.

Cash at pickup is preferred and those offers will get preferential treatment. I will handle this the same way I handled the other sales, the first person to put a deposit down or show up with the cash gets it. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks

Update: I am not a hard-core pinball guy, as I get most of my enjoyment from working on them. I just wanted to list the machine in a manner that let the other non hard-core pinball people out there know that anything is on the table since I just try to have fun with the hobby. Believe it or not, not everybody needs to give a pinball a prostate exam before they buy it. I also don't feel the need to be overly descriptive because everybody wants to know something different than the last person and I stress that I prefer local pickup so that there is no confusion in what you are buying. If you thought I was really trying to get a million for it, I can't help you, I don't think anybody can. For those complaining that it throws of pinside values, it doesn't, it's an asking price, not a selling price. For those critiquing my grammer, get a life! For the rest of you, if you had an any questions or comments you could have just reached out to me directly, I am a nice guy

If you are interested in the machine let me know. If your not, feel free to complain all you want, I enjoy the hobby all the same either way.

Thanks for looking.

I don’t think that anyone took seriously your original fake asking price. I do think that most people take a potential 12K purchase seriously though. Speaking of which, if your asking price is over 3K more than NIB, it better have a very healthy prostate with a PSA of <1.

LOL this community is just horrible. So many are just here to make a quick buck.

Even if it takes another year (which isn’t that long anyways; it’s already mid April 2022) to get a true NIB (this game hasn’t been discontinued yet) and not some used pin from a garage in BFE from a random stranger, what adult (!) is that impatient paying $3000/12months = $250/month just because they never learned patience?!?

Yeah, people actually thought that price was serious. And I don't get the prices of pins today either, but the fact of the matter is that what it is trading for is what it is trading for. This is only about the 20th pin I have ever sold in 30 years of collecting and I usually end up buying the title again in the future because of sentimental value. I don't like profiteers in our hobby either, but current value is current value.

I thought the whole post was a joke. This is a serious for sale ad? I get it, you’re just pulling my leg again, aren’t you?

You are that guy aren't you? : )

Do you throw up a little in your mouth whenever you look in the mirror?

Could have let someone else at the show buy this game, but no, gotta make that quick profit

Hey how about you don’t judge the entire “community” by one guy trying to make some Money on one game, and we won’t judge the entire community by a single know-it-all noob who’s entire contributions over a stellar 2 month career as a pinball hobbyist has been whining about how awful the entire hobby is?

Community is only as “horrible” as it’s members. That includes you, bucko.

#13 1 year ago

Once again, don't bother to ask how I came to acquire the game, just accuse me of trying to profit on it. Also, pinball collecting existed before Pinside. I very hesitantly joined a few months back so that I could buy parts that pop up from time to time. I decided to sell the few games I wanted to on here because this is supposed to be the place to do so in the post Craigslist era. I have no problems with the pinball collecting community just the trolls. And if that statement upsets you, you may be a troll
: )
