I bought the game new last September. It does have very minor ghosting on the light storage facility and 3X inserts (see pics). The rest of the playfield and cabinet is in excellent condition. It has the updated slimer and the additional brace by the ghost target. Stock game, no mods.
Located in SE WI, just a few minutes from the hotel MGC is held at.
