Well he has 27 pictures posted and 30% of the pictures are worthless pictures of paper/etc. So maybe he's using that math and asking 30% over the current market price for the game?? Nope that math doesn't work out either. I can see Zach having this on next weeks Market trends!

Unfortunately this will probably sell for like $7k but people will just see the asking price and assume it sold for the full amount. Then everyone will try and sell theirs for crazy amounts and reference that one that sold for $12K.

With the crazy (asked for) prices currently, I walk by my machines and consider selling. Then I sober up and realize, it's not worth it (for me, at this point in time - I realize everyone has different circumstances). Good for everyone that is making some short term money, but I love my machines and they aren't going anywhere.

sure, list enough ads of the game, pay the pinside selling fee, report the sales price, and then the average price hops up. easier to just make 10 listings on ebay at $13000 and then say "$1000 off ebay prices," though

I laughed so hard reading that. I remember hearing that like 73 times in a row when the game first came out. Still fast-forward through that line when watching the movie. Good gosh all mighty, it was so horrible to hear that over...and over...and over. It's like the new "ok ok ok ok x 100" from LW3.

It's funny - three weeks ago I just sold my GB Premium HUO with the GB Stern topper for $7600. I thought I did great! lol - since I only paid $6800 for it a few years back.

Now I know why the buyer was so incredibly quick to come up with the cash lol.

I'm enjoying my NIB TMNT Premium though that I bought immediately with the cash.

You should have been at $9500 minimum!

Sterns huge price increase has pulled up recent releases to almost new, if not new, price points.

There's a difference between "almost new" and "over the fucking moon".

That being said, more power to the seller. If he gets anything close to this, it's fair season for all games at all prices. We will figuratively have a Pinside housing market equivalent. Nothing will leave my collection below $10K, so I kind of hope he honestly gets it .
