Game includes Stern Topper, Stern Shaker, ColorDMD LED, Game blades with green slime theme to match the Back Alley Creations slim over the display, under the coin accepters and shooter rod, Stern GB Shooter Rod, Protection over the drop targets and to the left of the video, Slim city bumper cap mod, new extra city scape since the one on the game came with a broken tip of the Empire State Building, Ecto-1 mod at right, some Cliffy protectors installed some as spares, Pinnovators subwoofer board and wire (THE SUBWOOFER **IS NOT** INCLUDED). Includes the original manual and goodie bag.

The clear plastic in the back to see the lane lights was replaced with a mirror. But the glue on the mirror brackets came off and the mirror and brackets and the original clear plastic is in the coin box. I didn't see a need to replace the clear plastic since I could see the lights fine.
