The market will speak..as simple as that. All I know is my unshopped Getaway wasn't $3200 and the last nice one I sold wasn't near that price either.
As a current owner, if they are selling at $3200 then mine will be for sale.

Apparently the east coast market...cause I've never seen a Getaway that hasn't been a big time restore sell for for more than 3k....
