Just for the record, I listed it at 5300 thinking i could get it out of my house before the holidays to make room for some new projects. I had a lot of people kick it around, talked up a good game and nothing happened. So, now that it is still sitting here I am not in that big of a hurry so I changed the price back to something a little more in the range it should have been. I was more than happy to sell it at 5300, but no one showed up, were too slow to respond after saying they were interested, or in one case just backed out after his wife vetoed it and I had to send his deposit back. After all of that has now been a big enough pain that I just am not in the mood to let it go so cheaply. Was a ridiculous deal at $5300 but 6K as a starting point isn't some crazy number either.
