As a work of art, this would probably do better being sold in a gallery versus trying to sell it as a functional pinball machine, since pins are generally not sold for high values and this one might not be appreciated as much by pinball collectors.
Honestly I figured this would be in the $10K range but I guess Budai isn't as collectable as he used to be? I haven't seen much gigposter work from him recently.
