Item description

***TRADED***

For trade:

2nd owner HUO Metallica Pro

- Laseriffic topper
- Shaker
- 10" Flipper Fidelity sub & backbox speakers
- Hooked spinners (wired into the pick guard)
- Pinnovators headphone jack
- LED backbox with dimmer
- Mirror blades
- MDM video screen
- All LEDs (mostly Cointaker)
- Undercab flashers
- Undercab purple LEDs
- Sparky EL wire cap
- Laseriffic guitar
- Snake fangs
- Snake mouth decal
- Eyeball lock decal
- Laseriffic green plastic protectors
- Purple BriteCap flipper buttons
- DMD glare guard
- Clear plunger
- Powdercoated apron with barbwire effects
- Lollipop siderails
- Backbox decal
- Cliffys on scoop, shooter lane, & side wall
- Backbox speaker lights & acrylics
- Sparky airball plastic
- Wireform ramp airball fix (no more sneeze guard)
- Superbands & silicone slingshot rubbers

Everything is in perfect shape -- cabinet, backbox, playfield, etc. The game sounds great & plays fantastic. The only flaw is a 2 cm hairline crack on the left side piston plastic... I got overzealous when installing the spinners. You can see the crack if you're looking for it with a Mag light.

Really only looking to trade at this time for a HUO or mint game +/- cash, or I can remove mods to even the deal. I'm located in Minot, ND and willing to travel for the right deal. In priority order, I'm primarily looking for:

1) IM VE
2) AMH
3) TSPP
4) TZ
5) Pinball Magic
6) T3

I MAY be open to others, but those are my top choices. I've bought/sold many times through pinside, so no worries there. Thanks for looking!

Are you open to non-pinball items for trade?

Only if you signed them, my friend

The pictures on pinside look like crap for some reason, but I'm able to e-mail any more shots if needed.

OK, thanks for the tip. I'm going to take a hammer to the glass now.

Does anyone know how to remove thousands of tiny glass shards from a pinball playfield?

Yeah, I'm used to traveling at this point. I'm not in pinball utopia, so distance has killed many a deal.

I'm selling Mustang in the future to fund Rob Zombie!

Centerflank and Mudflaps are officially on my "want to drink beers with them but never play pinball with them" list.

But I do owe centerflank another round of arm wrestling!
Miss ya man! Give the family a hug from me.

Speaking of beers... It's fancy beer night!

You signed them. They belong in the Smithsonian.

GLWT! Wish you still lived here on the east coast as I'd be interested in getting my old pin back! I definitely miss it. Awesome pin.

It was a beaut and I'll miss her. The plan was to have all music pins (ACDC, Kiss, Met, Rob Zombie), but I'm music-ed out. Is that possible??

Trade complete! After yet another pinball road trip, a gorgeous HUO TSPP is home. ColorDMD and Herg's LED board added last night.

I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Thanks again Brian, and enjoy Metallica!

This may be the best FS / Trade thread I have read in months!

You traded a georgeous blinged out awesome pinball that I don't like at for a geogeous blinged out awesome pinball that I don't like. Despite that, I'm still jealous and wish I had them both!

WTF is wrong with me?

As long as it's gorgeous, blinged out and awesome, I'm totally down. And no worries that you don't like either of them... I won't tell anyone that I think AFM is an overrated clunkfest.

AFM agreed!

#32 5 years ago

I hear that often with AFM. Most of the local guys don't care for it. It's pretty much my favorite long term game, but the luster wears off of every one of them after a while.

#33 5 years ago

I would love to "borrow" a ton of games for a few months each.

I don't know about Centerflank, but keep an eye on how many beers you give Mudflaps.

Congrats on the trade Kyle!

This thread had me laughing pretty good. Belinda asked what I was laughing at and I showed her the thread. She wants the signed fuzzy mittens. I told her you might entertain an even trade, mittens for Breakshot.

That's a ripoff! Did you see the quality of those mittens? Breakshot is used as currency in many third world countries. The current exchange rate is $1.35 Canadian for three working Breakshots.

Metallica is home safe! I am loving it and glad tspp found a good home!

Although everyone on this thread already knows it, Kyle is a standup guy and a pleasure to work with if you ever make a trade. Couldn't have gone smoother, thanks again!!

Lots of love went into this metallica, why did you want to trade it?

#39 5 years ago
Quoted from knockerlover:

Lots of love went into this Metallica, why did you want to trade it?

1. I really enjoy taking a game and adding tons of mods to personalize the experience
2. I only have a limited amount of space, so once I've owned a game for ~ a year or so, it's time to move on
3. They're just things that can be replaced, and life is short

Anyway, game is traded and both parties are pleased. Life is good.
