Seeing that the Price Police are here, and now the Pinside Haiku Police also arrived,
we might as well have the Grammar Police here too.
Grammar Police will likely have a stroke due to all of the partial sentences and lack of proper punctuation appearing in the wonderful haiku posts.

Quoted from wxforecaster:Is this like a haiku?
Price.
Insane.
Extra zero.
Perhaps.
Good luck.
With Sale.
Quoted from Collin:Price is way too high
Game not listed in title
Poor attempt to sell
(haiku uses a set number of syllables per line: 5, 7, 5)
I would like to award this Badge of Courage to wxforecaster and to Collin for their good efforts in this "For Sale" thread.

How is the sale going anyways? Hercules found a new home yet? Price adjusted down yet? Offers made?
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:This game would make a good coffin, and cheaper too!
For Andre the Giant.
Quoted from seshpilot:Wow, this guy is taking a beating.
Well he is getting free thread bumps. Sort of like free advertising.
Plus Robin added flames to hot threads that are getting a lot of posts.
Hercules needs to go to someone that would like to bring it to pinball expos & festivals.
That's where this machine has its proper place imho.
So everyone in attendance can play one game on it, take a picture by it,
and then move along to other pinball machines & video games that are more fun to play.
Quoted from seshpilot:Wow, this guy is taking a beating.
No photos, no location, and a rediculous price will probably do it.

I wouldn't mind picking one up if I could get one at a good price. It would help complete my Atari collection

Wish Andre the Giant was still with us.
It would have been great if we could have got him to come to Tx Pinball Festival and take pics with the kids playing Hercules pinball.
That would have been a big hit.

Reluctant to admit, I lowballed the guy at $4900. Haven't heard anything back for an hour...gettin nervous. Gonna tell him $5200.

And actually buy it????
Oh, your just teasing him. Got it.
Quoted from rotordave:Haiku:
Hercules Pinball
Back breaking work to lift it
Won't fit in wagon
Boom
rd
You got the next big thread started -
"Will a Hercules fit in a . . . "
Seventy five hundred you say?
Your home I believe it will stay
Hopefully the game will play.
Your ad tells no tale
You will not end with a sale
You decided you should bail
The end.
This game is a thud, Hercules cleaning the stables, big pile o shit. Recently played it at Ca Extreme and it was broken when I first approched, then later got in a few games Sat night, was down again Sunday. Slow play and nothing on playfield to work for. Noviltiy game at best.

Man, you guys are too much!!! Enjoyed my rainy Saturday coffee EXTRA this morning - I didn't know any pinballers even knew what Haiku WAS!!!!
Your future I now see
Alone with this machine you will be
Location is unknown to me
These are fun.. I could do this all day!
Fifteen hundred pounds
Priced at five dollars a pound
Great deal over looked?
Judge Dredd weighs a lot
Hercules is five times more
Best pound per buck spent!
I love big pinball
With Herc I cannot deny
Huge balls get me sprung
I sense preparations being made for New Zealand Pinball Festival 2016!
Congrats RD. Impressive collection you have put together.
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:I sense preparations being made for New Zealand Pinball Festival
Yes, the things I do for other people ...
I was thinking when we were struggling heaving it out of the house, "why am I doing this?" Lol

HEY MAN, I just did valuation for you
7500 US Dollar equals
11552.24 New Zealand Dollar
Quoted from jimjam:HEY MAN, I just did valuation for you

Yeah, lucky I paid <10% of that.

Isn't that game big enough to traverse the oceans?
I am Hercules
Giant pinball and seaworthy
Cross the seven seas!
Quoted from shimoda:Isn't that game big enough to traverse the oceans?
Ya know, somewhere there are immigrants thinking just that....
Quoted from schudel5:Hasn't this thing sold yet? At 89 cents a pound it's the cheapest pin out there right now
You're just two syllables too many for a haiku
You're so close! Try just a bit more . . .
Full marks for effort
I could have bought one of those monsters for 1500.00 recently and turned it down (where would I put it??).
