    Sell yet?

The one at Allentown sold for $8500 and didn't look as nice as this. I bet it's already been scooped up or there are a few discussions ongoing. Still an expensive pin to buy, so it won't sell on day one, but an incredible game and highly collectible machine.

    Quoted from iwantansi:

Steve Young @ PBR announces joint venture with Chicago Gaming and Churchill cabinet company to remake Spirit MSRP $2399.99.
When asked why the MSRP is so low? Steve young replied "No machine should cost over $2500! Its what I paid for my Spirit back in the day, its what I'm going to sell them for!"
Can you tell me if you have part # A51212 in stock? "NO!!! and theres a GTB before that part number, remember that damniT!" - quipped cranky old man Steve Young

Steve may be cranky, but that's a great company over there. And he's a good businessman, too, so he'd never repro the machine for less than $10K!

    Congrats. That didn't take long!

I know Pac_Man (sp?) is working on restoring one, and somehow came across two, so he's planning to sell one sometime in the next few months I presume (based on what he's said).

I'm in the process of finishing work on my Spirit. Super-excited to get her back up and running (hopefully). I don't know how many hours I have into the project, but it's more than my wife likes!
