Game - for sale

For sale: Fish Tales (Williams, 1992)

Added: 2016-06-12 18:37:50 UTC • Ended: June 14th, 2016
Condition: HUO - Documented (Home Used Only)

Price

$ 5,000 (Firm)

Price is firm

I'm switching gears and selling this ft I recently picked up, bought it from the original owner that bought this brand new and owned till I bought it.

Absolutely no cabinet fade! Machine looks like it's a week old. I put leds through out pin including, inserts,gi,and backbox all lights are leds with non ghosting rom patch (thanks adam) no errors, I replaced fishing reel belt and new balls. Remote battery holder, no acid damage on board, Pin needs nothing but I did break one plastic while installing leds but I will include new one with pin ,already have it.

If you want this it's 5k firm at this point,no trades, it is what it is, I don't think you can find a nicer ft unless it's been restored or of coarse maybe another divorce sale lol.

Mike is a great guy. I bought my Champion Pub from him, buy with confidence, if I don't buy it first ha ha

#3 7 years ago

Looks awesome... all we need now is the shooter lane picture!

#4 7 years ago

Not a mark on it baby! Thanks teekee .

I'm gonna flip up pf for a couple pics, sorry for not responding to some pms, but I'll just post pics here as the people that usually ask for 1500 pics then want weird requests followed buy insulting offers which lead to nothing but wasted time lmao.

If there wasa FT that warranted a 5k price tag, it would be this one. Looks new.

#12 7 years ago

Are the original legs supposed to be gold?

#13 7 years ago

Nicest FT I have ever seen!!!!

#14 7 years ago

Wow, even captain neo approves - unbelievable.

#15 7 years ago

I've had mine since 1995 and this one is nicer. It's a good price.

#16 7 years ago

What a beauty!!

#17 7 years ago

Did this belong to TFA at one point?

#18 7 years ago
Quoted from RTR:

Wow, even captain neo approves - unbelievable.

I might not like FT. But I know what a nice original game is. Don't have to like the title to appreciate one in this condition that is normally plagued by fade and wear. I've had to restore so many FT playfields, I can't even keep count. At least 15+. And as much as I despise cabinet decals, if I was looking for FT, this would be the one i'd want to get.

#19 7 years ago

Perhaps i would be better to buy this one than restore mine.

#20 7 years ago

I keep coming back to this thread. I can't believe how gorgeous this machine is. I'm such a nerd. Post some more pinball porn

You're obviously missing Pinball brains...

no , I'm not , what would warrant a double the market value price ? It's in good condition but $5k for a $3200 pin at best no thank u. But let's see what market thinks. I saw a similar condition FT for sale locally about 6 months ago for $3100

I'm willing to bet it wasn't anywhere near this condition... if I could have this delivered to me for $5000 I will take it! He's priced it right for sure.

you are going to quibble over $400 shipping on a 5k beauty like this???

$5K buys a new in box Ghostbuster's Pro delivered to your door sorry

This machine is in the same condition as a NIB GB and in a year or so will be worth more than the GB also.

What is the point of that post? I offered $4500 and was turned down.....FT is a sweet game and your not interested, why crap on this for sale thread?

He's clueless...

#31 7 years ago

I don't think 5k is unreasonable at all for as nice as it is!

#32 7 years ago

I must admit I thought it was ridiculously priced when I first glanced at the listing but damn that thing looks like it just came out of the box.
If your looking for a near NIB FT this is your chance....glwts bump

#33 7 years ago

Thanks for the great offers and comments guys, I've been offered 4500 several times and I was just offered 4800.. 5k or the fish stays, I don't really want to sell but 5K will move it, looks like the market has spoken and I'm not out of line. I'm feeling confident this should go at 5 K.

If anyone has a discs of tron arcade and some cash I'm listening.

#34 7 years ago

This machine is beautiful - GLWS

4800 is darn tootin close to turn down out of hand but hey......

#37 7 years ago

My brother has been looking for a FT pin and this one looks majestic. I know he has a TWDLE he wants to sell/trade, so I'll contact him. GLWS

I have found that HUO and restored examples sell for double to quadruple of normal players condition games. FT does not wear well. It's very hard to find one in "nice" condition.

You don't have stick your hand up a cows ass to know if it's a good steak

#40 7 years ago

HUO Fish Tales don't come up for sale that often and those who are on the fence over a few hundred bucks or paying to ship will regret it down the road.

#41 7 years ago

This is my kind of game for a title I really want - you'd already have the cash if my circumstances allowed.

#42 7 years ago

FT is definitely one of the toughest titles to find HUO, low play like this one.

#43 7 years ago

I'm not one to get fussy with players condition cabs when buying a pin.....but this is one of them pins that deserves bright and colorful decals. The artwork is terrific on it and it really shines on this pin. Fun pinball machine bump. 5k or nothing kids

#44 7 years ago

Beautiful fish tales for sure ... it wld look good next to my huo tz but unfortunately im out of room. Glws

#45 7 years ago

Wow. That is a great looking game. Bump.

#46 7 years ago

As for the other 2 people that said they would take it and then ignored me, kiss my ass!! Is my final response to you's.
