The game will boot and will play a game if you let it sit for about 5 minutes. It has a restarting issue where if you boot and try to immedialy play, it will reboot back to atrract mode. If you let it sit, it will likely play a game but it could reset again (this usually happens when you hit both flippers at the same time). It is likely a capacitor, I just don't have the time or technical know-how to try and fix it. I can post a video of the issue if needed.
Pros
-New Rottendog MPU
-100% LED'd (Also added a LED mod to the left eject so it lights up in sync with the lock arrow)
-Flames on flipper bats (easily removable)
-Target decals on main target bank
-New flipper coils (left flipper is still a little weak)
-Display's work great with no issues
Cons
-Restart issue
-Playfield has major wear (please see photos)
-Backglass isn't in the best shape
-Cab has some wear
-2 switches are not functional (F in FIRE and the middle target on the farthest right blue 3 bank)
