The good:
Looks to be re-stenciled. Cabinet is nice.
New Cliffy flipper return guides (no flipper hop)
New Rottendog MPU and NVRam installed.
New lockdownbar.
Rubbers have been replaced.
Bridge rectifiers have been fused (to prevent fire).
Pinscore displays.
Extra spinner decals.
The meh:
Playfield touchups covered in mylar. They look decent.
Backglass touchups, most notable in the Williams logo
The ugly:
One broken pop bumper cap.
Credit button on the coin door (disconnected).
3x insert is sunk/scooped and can hold up the ball from time to time.
