If it's just hops a little you might be able to loosen the lane guide screws and shift it a little and tighten the screws back down.
If it happens with Williams flipper bats Cliffy has a little larger replacement lane guides that can fix it. On a machine with a lot of plays you can see the wear on the guide pretty easily.
