Quoted from NinJaBooT:Lets see some of your restoration work?
If you want to read the whole story then secure the March 2009 issue of "Gameroom" magazine. I have always hated Bally/Midway cabinets so I transplanted my game into a classic Bally cabinet used in the earlier days at the Belmont Ave. plant and O'Leary Drive plant in Bensenville. Note: it started life as a "Star Trek" cabinet I got for free. "Fireball Classic" never had zipper flippers. Maybe that is why it was a commercial flop. I installed them on my game as a bet by Herb Silvers that it couldn't be done. While I was at it I changed the the cabinet color scheme to match the correct temperature gradients according to science. The production scheme is incorrect. So my game is a one-off. JLC
